Glacier National Park, MT | 2021

5 nights, 6 days, 84 miles, 22,000 ft of elevation gain and loss. Claire and Erika joined us on this amazing adventure. We started our hike at Nyack Trailhead. We forded the Middle Fork of the Flathead River and creeks multiple times. Our first night we set up camp Upper Nyack Campground. From there we hiked the steepest trail in the park (Cutbank Pass) and slept at Atlanta Creek Campground.  Our three day was the Triple Divid Pass and camping at Red Eagle Campground. The fourth day we hiked 11.5 miles to Reynolds Campground. On the fifth day we hiked up to Gunsight Pass and camped Sperry Lake campground. The last day we left camp and hiked down to McDonald Lake to end our hike with a dip in the water.

Grand Canyon, AZ | 2019

May 2019, we hiked from the North Rim of the Grand Canyon to the South Rim. On our way down we slept one night at Cottonwood Campground. We continued to the bottom and stayed two nights at Phantom Ranch.
